With over 30 years of experience as a retired Naval Officer and seasoned executive, I have built a career centered on empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. My leadership journey spans diverse industries, including franchising, healthcare, and finance, where I have held executive roles such as CEO, COO, and CFO, managing both private, public, and non-profit organizations with budgets exceeding $1.25 billion.
